Job summary

EXL in London is seeking a SAVP – Data Management Solution Lead to design robust data architectures, platforms, pipelines and governance for Banking & Capital Markets, Energy, Utilities and Travel sectors. This client-facing role combines billable delivery with pre-sales and proposal support.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data solutions, hands-on cloud data platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), strong data modelling, governance, and AI-aware data management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise data solutions: data warehouses, platforms, integration and migration.
• 3+ years of experience in Banking & Capital Markets or Energy/Utilities/Travel sectors, consulting or industry.
• Hands-on experience architecting on major cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including data pipelines and integration.

Responsibilities

• 60% Billable Solution Architecture on Client Engagements, ensuring technical integrity and deliverability of data solutions.
• Design end-to-end data management solutions: architectures, platform/lakehouse, data pipelines, models and governance.
• Define data quality, metadata, lineage and governance standards for engagement solutions.
