Job summary

The Devonshire Group is seeking a Data Lead to shape how data is governed, managed and used across the Group. You will own the data strategy, governance framework and roadmap, and lead the Microsoft Fabric platform and enterprise data warehouse.

In this senior role you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on architecture, data modelling and delivery, partnering with business leaders to improve decision-making and build a capable, standards‑driven data function across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern data platforms, warehouses or lakehouses.
• Hands-on Microsoft Fabric production experience and SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of data architecture, dimensional modelling, ETL/ELT and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into a data strategy and roadmap.
• Own architecture and operation of the Microsoft Fabric data platform and enterprise data warehouse.
• Lead data integrations with reliable, documented pipelines.
