Job summary

Tarmac is seeking a Data Lead to own the data workstream for Project Falcon, the company’s flagship transformation programme. You will shape governance, migration and data readiness to underpin key platforms like SAP and Salesforce.

You will lead a team of Data Analysts, collaborate with senior stakeholders and partners, and drive data accuracy, trust and momentum across the programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong data governance, data quality and migration expertise.
• Experience with senior stakeholders, architects, integration teams and third-party delivery partners.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex programmes.
• SAP, Salesforce, ERP, logistics or operational systems experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end data workstream, from discovery and profiling through to migration, cutover and hypercare.
• Driving data governance, quality, ownership and stewardship across the programme.
• Managing data migration, mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and readiness activities.
• Leading and coaching a team of Data Analysts.
• Partnering with business, technical and supplier teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Reporting data readiness, risks and recommendations to programme leadership.

We're looking for a Data Lead to take ownership of the data workstream for Project Falcon. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape how data is governed, migrated and leveraged across critical platforms including SAP and Salesforce.

You'll lead a team of Data Analysts, work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery partners, and play a pivotal role in ensuring data is accurate, trusted and ready to support business success.

What you'll be doing:
