Job summary

Foster4 is seeking a Data and Intelligence Officer on a fixed-term 12-month contract based at Warrington Borough Council’s offices. You will build and maintain performance infrastructure, analyse recruitment funnels, map regional demographics, and track applicant journeys to shape regional strategies.

You will design real-time dashboards covering end-to-end recruitment, delivering clear data stories while ensuring data collection, sharing and storage comply with GDPR and statutory frameworks.

• Experience of working effectively in a busy and pressured environment using own initiative to prioritise work and meet deadlines. Please refer to Person Specification.
