Job summary

Thames Valley Police is recruiting a Data Quality Administrator for the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Based in Calcot/Reading, you will triage referrals, manage case data, and support Victims First Hub with performance reporting.

You will ensure data integrity, provide expert system advice, and maintain confidentiality in a high‑stakes environment. Training and development are emphasised within TVP’s supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High level of computer literacy with advanced Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of other Microsoft software such as Power BI to present and interpret data.
• Experience using Case Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Triage referrals into the Victims First Hub to meet required standards.
• Maintain, upload and monitor Case Management System data for review and analysis.
• Liaise with users and provide expert advice to promote best practice in system use.
• Provide admin support to the Victims First Team including mailbox and helpline duties.
