Job summary

Thames Valley Police in Reading (Hybrid) is recruiting for a Case Disposals Administrator in Criminal Justice (Secondment/Fixed Term). You will update PNC with Court Results, provide disclosures to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, and liaise with officers and staff while handling your own caseload to meet deadlines.

The role requires a solid administrative background, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple locations with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education and recent experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment.
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve within a team, with strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update the PNC with Court Results and provide disclosure to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
• Liaise with Officers and staff and manage your own caseload to meet target dates.
