Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is seeking a data insights professional to turn supporter data into actionable marketing and fundraising insights. You will lead audience selections, maintain data quality, and work across the Fundraising & Marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will develop reporting capabilities, train colleagues, and ensure governance and GDPR standards are adhered to while collaborating with CRM stakeholders and external partners.

Competenze

• Experience delivering data selections or creating marketing lists from supporter datasets.
• Strong data visualization skills, preferably Power BI.
• Experience with CRM databases, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent Excel skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of UK GDPR and data protection principles.

• Lead the delivery of audience selections and marketing lists for campaigns.
• Develop and extend MAP's insight and reporting capability.
