Innova Recruitment Limited is partnering with an organisation to recruit a Data Insights Manager in Liverpool city centre. The role is hybrid— Wednesdays in the office and one team day per month — with a salary up to £65,000.

You will lead a specialist team and shape how the business uses data, collaborating with senior leaders to translate insights into practical decisions. You’ll foster development, guide governance, and push forward analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience connecting analytical work to business decisions.
• Managerial experience or leading analysts is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team spanning data science, machine learning, insights and data governance.
• Build relationships with programme and divisional directors to identify analytical priorities.
• Turn business questions into clear briefs and focus the team’s work.
• Manage and develop specialists, providing direction and support.
• Balance competing requests by impact, effort, timescales and uncertainty.
• Communicate complex findings clearly and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the wider BI strategy, governance and AI/automation opportunities.
