Job summary

KDR Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a small multidisciplinary data team and champion data-led decision making across the organisation.

You will manage four team members including a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Insight Analyst, and Data Governance Analyst, delivering data solutions and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders while driving governance and value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Data Science, Analytics or AI teams.
• Strong understanding of data science, machine learning and analytics methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Data Science Manager to lead a small multidisciplinary data team and drive the adoption of data-led decision making across the organisation.

Managing a team of four, comprising a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Insight Analyst, and Data Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful data solutions while acting as a key ambassador for the function across the business.

This role combines people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical oversight. You will help senior leaders understand and realise the value of data science, machine learning, analytics, and data governance, ensuring the organisation maximises the impact of its data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
