Job summary

Marston Holdings Limited is seeking a data-savvy Analyst to turn data into actionable insights. You will work with stakeholders to create reliable reports and dashboards, transforming complex data into clear guidance that supports decision-making across the business.

You will explore new datasets, spot trends, and collaborate with operations teams to identify performance improvements. A proactive, curious mindset and strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards or analysis that inform decisions.
• Confident with numbers and interpreting data accurately.
• Able to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Understand stakeholder data needs and translate them into clear, reliable reports and insights.
• Explore datasets, structure them, and build accurate, insightful, easy-to-understand reporting.
• Identify trends and opportunities, and explain data implications to drive action.
• Collaborate with operational managers to understand performance challenges and plan improvements.
• Present findings clearly to varied audiences from operations to senior leaders.
• Learn the key operational, financial and performance measures used by the business.
• Identify automation opportunities and work with colleagues to implement them.
• Manage workload and projects with support as priorities change.
