Ageas UK is seeking a Data Analyst in Reigate to join our dynamic Data & AI function. You will analyse data, design projects, and ensure traceability from concept to outcome across the project lifecycle.

You will proactively identify data opportunities to accelerate product development, create and maintain BI dashboards, and enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders. Hybrid working within the UK is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with PySpark/SparkSQL is a plus.
• Ability to write efficient queries and debug complex joins.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and KPIs across teams and build tracking frameworks.
• Deliver and report projects, trends and requests.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with data architects on data product design and ML/AI workflows.
• Support a fast-paced trading environment with insight-driven strategies.
