Job summary

Data Analyst role at Ageas in Reigate with hybrid working arrangement. You will grow the Data & AI function, analyze and design across projects, ensuring traceability of outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

The position focuses on proactively identifying data opportunities to accelerate product development, creating and automating BI dashboards and self-serve capabilities for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL & Python. PySpark & SparkSQL a bonus.
• Strong data viz skills using tools for presenting results such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to write efficient code is essential for writing and troubleshooting queries involving complex joins and functions. Use of Gitis advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and a ‘deliver & iterate’ mindset.
• Experience using LLM APIs to perform analysis or AI assistant coding tools would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Help define the right metrics/KPIs across different teams and build out tracking frameworks.
• Prioritise, delivering and reporting projects, trends & requests.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Work with architects on best design for data products, evaluating and experimenting with new data tools & supporting ML & AI infrastructure and workflows.
