Job summary

JJ SEARCH LIMITED is seeking a Data Analyst to support a wealth management client. The role focuses on delivering reliable business performance insights by integrating data from internal systems and external investment platforms, producing monthly AUM reports and dashboards.

The Data Analyst will collaborate with Finance and Sales to ensure timely reporting, investigate discrepancies, and explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Experience presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reporting on assets under management and investment flows.
• Collect data from internal systems and external platforms for consolidation.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor AUM and flows for BD and Finance teams.
• Investigate discrepancies and explain findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Prepare data submissions for external research and industry bodies.
