Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a data reporting analyst to produce monthly AUM and investment flow reports, standardise data from multiple platforms and build dashboards for BD and Portfolio Managers.

You will reconcile data, analyse trends, and maintain records as client relationships evolve, supporting Consumer Duty tasks with relevant teams. Experience in wealth management data is advantageous and rigorous data practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Meticulous and methodical approach to reconciling figures.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage recurring reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly reporting on assets under management and investment flows.
• Collect data from different investment platforms, standardise and check accuracy, provide consolidated figures to teams.
• Build and maintain data dashboards to provide ongoing AUM and flow data to BD and Portfolio Managers.
• Analyse results by client firm, investment service and platform; explain trends and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records for Business Development Directors as relationships change.
• Prepare regular data submissions for external research and industry organisations.
• Reconcile payments from investment platforms against invoices and financial records.
• Answer data questions from colleagues to improve reports quality and efficiency.
• Support Consumer Duty tasks alongside MPS Oversight and Proposition teams.
