United Utilities Group PLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Wastewater Strategy team. You will convert complex data into clear insights to shape decisions across the wastewater network, beyond dashboards and standard reporting.
You'll work with large datasets, manipulate data in Excel, and use GIS to visualise findings for senior leaders and stakeholders. Hybrid work, permanent, full-time, with travel to sites as needed.
Are you an experienced analyst who loves getting beneath the surface of data to understand what it's really telling you? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Wastewater Strategy team, playing a key role in turning complex operational and performance data into meaningful insight that helps shape decisions across our wastewater network.
This is much more than simply presenting data or creating dashboards. You’ll work with large and sometimes complex datasets, interrogating and manipulating information to identify trends, uncover potential issues and answer specific business questions. From analysing flooding, blockage and incident performance to exploring regulatory measures and geospatial information, you’ll help us understand not just what is happening, but why.
You’ll take complex analysis and translate it into clear, compelling insight for a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, helping them understand performance, identify areas of focus and make informed decisions.
