Job summary

Hiscox is seeking a Data & Insight Partner to turn data into meaningful action across the UK business. This business-facing analytics role combines strong analytical capability with commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and storytelling with data.

You will work with senior stakeholders to identify priorities, shape reports and dashboards in Power BI, perform scenario modelling, and translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations that support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data, insight or BI roles.
• Strong Power BI proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and reporting needs.
• Design, build and test reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Develop scenario models, forecasts and outcomes to support decisions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations with business impact.
• Influence decision-making through data storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Support adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy.
