Job summary

Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Business Information Analyst & Improvement Advisor (Data Specialist) to join the Improvement team. The role combines specialist data analytics with quality improvement to support clinical and operational decision-making.

The post holder will analyse data from diverse sources, develop measures and models, and translate complex information into actionable insights that drive service improvements across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Analyse and interpret complex information from multiple data sources.
• Produce and present business intelligence and KPI reports.
• Develop and automate demand and capacity models.
• Help teams understand problems using data.
• Develop bespoke data collection and analytical approaches.
• Establish measures and measurement strategies for improvement programs and projects.
• Use statistical techniques to understand variation and evaluate improvement.
• Support data quality and robust reporting.
• Benchmark performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
