Job summary

St Giles Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data and Impact Lead) to lead the Building Futures initiative across secondary schools, mobilising and delivering a data-driven mentoring programme for Years 8–10. You will manage three Team Managers and 25 Mentors, ensure safeguarding, contract performance and evaluation, and demonstrate the programme's impact in partnership with YFF and NFER.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex education, youth, mentoring or early-intervention programmes.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise, implement, deliver and close Building Futures across participating secondary schools.
• Manage three Team Managers and indirect oversight of 25 Mentors; ensure safeguarding, performance and contractual requirements.
• Oversee programme data, monitor outcomes and use evidence to drive improvements and demonstrate impact.
