Qualifications

• Substantial practical project management experience.
• Experience working with young people.
• Ability to build positive relationships across organisations and backgrounds.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices when working with young people.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, induct and line-manage the young person joining the project team.
• Develop and manage the project plan, budget, timetable and risks.
• Collaborate to build a regional partnership and select pilot recommendations.
• Synthesize evidence and prepare reports, briefings and recommendations.
