Job summary

St Giles Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Data and Impact Lead) to lead the Building Futures programme in schools. You will coordinate delivery, safeguarding, partnerships and evaluation to improve outcomes for young people.

You will oversee data collection and analysis with partners, demonstrate impact, and drive continual improvement across the education and mentoring portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex education, youth or early-intervention programmes.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise, implement, deliver and close Building Futures across participating schools.
• Manage three Team Managers and 25 mentors to ensure safe, effective delivery and contractual compliance.
• Oversee programme and evaluation data, monitor outcomes and apply findings to drive improvements.
