St Giles Trust in London is seeking a Future Focused Team Specialist Caseworker to deliver end-to-end casework for young Londoners, aiming for sustained, future-focused outcomes in education, training and employment while addressing safeguarding and wellbeing.

The role involves managing a caseload, conducting robust assessments, and developing action plans with milestones. Collaboration with ETE specialists and partners is essential, with a fixed-term arrangement through 30 June 2027.

Formación

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Ability to deliver structured, consistent casework and to maintain accurate and timely case recording.

Responsabilidades

• Hold a caseload of young people and deliver end-to-end interventions.
• Complete robust initial assessments to identify strengths, risks, needs and aspirations.
• Develop and deliver clear, outcome-focused action plans with defined goals, milestones and review points.
• Support young people to engage in education, training and employment pathways.
• Address safeguarding, exploitation risk and wellbeing as part of all interventions.
• Lead regular case reviews and work collaboratively with partners without transferring ownership of the case.
