Job summary

Investigo are supporting a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation with the appointment of an experienced Interim Head of Data Management and Data Strategy to shape the data capabilities that will underpin enterprise-wide transformation.

You will build the data governance framework, define ownership and stewardship models, and develop an operating model to enable ERP upgrades and future AI initiatives, working closely with senior leadership and business units.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data governance in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Ability to define operating models and data ownership structures.
• Track record delivering governance with executive buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise-wide assessment of current data management capability.
• Design Data Governance Framework suited to a manufacturing organisation.
• Define Data Ownership and Data Stewardship models.
• Develop pragamatic Data Operating Model for transformation.
• Establish governance forums and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with ERP and transformation teams to embed governance.
• Drive organisational change and embed new ways of working.
