Job summary

Efficio, a leading procurement and supply chain consultancy, is seeking a Data Enablement Officer to establish and lead its data governance framework. You will turn complex regulatory, privacy and security requirements into practical guidance that enables teams to innovate with confidence.

This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, risk and client delivery, with advisory focus initially and growing ownership of the governance model.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance or data management.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security considerations.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Experience with AI governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish a data governance framework covering client data lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain policies on data handling, access and retention.
• Assess and approve data use cases with risk-based approaches.
• Govern products, platforms and technology with data governance in mind.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to explain governance approaches.
