Job summary

innocent Limited is seeking an Enterprise Data Governance Manager to establish an enterprise-wide governance capability, unifying people, processes and standards so data is trusted and ready to support innocent's ambitions.

You will define governance frameworks, build communities of Data Owners and Data Stewards, drive data quality improvements and embed governance into major transformation programmes across Product, Customer, Supply, Finance, Technology and Analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and MDM.
• Ability to design and embed practical governance frameworks and operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple business functions.
• Ability to balance governance with commercial realities.

Responsibilities

• Defining and evolving innocent's enterprise data governance framework, standards and ways of working.
• Creating clear ownership, stewardship and accountability models across our key business data.
• Building and leading a community of Data Owners and Data Stewards across the business.
• Bringing together teams to create shared understanding and consistent data practices.
• Driving improvements in data quality through measures, reporting and root-cause resolution.
• Embedding governance into major transformation programmes.
• Improving metadata, definitions and data lineage for trusted data usage.
• Shaping the roadmap for governance capabilities including MDL, glossaries, and MDM.
