• Experience leading delivery teams in digital/product projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong collaboration with product managers, architects and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Delivery oversight and accountability for digital products.
• Deliver projects, products, and services with appropriate management methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owner and Architects to shape roadmaps.
• Manage solution development budget and ROI.
• Lead work planning and prioritise work against team capacity.
• Ensure QA processes meet standards and procedures.
• Coach a high‑performing cross‑functional team of SMEs, testers, analysts and engineers.
• Escalate and remove impediments to improve delivery velocity.
• Lead supplier engagement and maintain productive supplier relationships.
• Share skills and best practices within the Delivery Manager community.
• Stay current with technology trends and best practices.
