Job summary

W1M Wealth & Investment Management is seeking an experienced Data Governance professional to shape the organisation's data operating model in partnership with Technology. You will own governance frameworks, data quality, and reporting standards to support trusted decision-making, analytics and regulatory requirements.

The role requires building relationships across the business, translating requirements into practical data controls, and driving data literacy across teams within a growing wealth

Qualifications

• Professional data governance or data management certification.
• Experience with Power BI and modern data platforms.
• Experience in data governance, analytics or MI in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the data governance framework and controls.
• Partner with Technology and business units to embed data standards and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and trusted MI for senior leadership and operations.
• Chair governance forums and drive accountability and decisions.
