Job summary

The Bishop Fraser Trust, located in Breightmet, Bolton, is seeking a DATA & EXAMS MANAGER to lead pupil data, admissions, assessment cycles and detailed analysis to drive school improvement. You will oversee the full examination process in line with JCQ and awarding bodies, manage Arbor, SISRA and EduLink, and supervise invigilators while safeguarding data and confidentiality.

This permanent, term-time plus 2 days role offers a Grade F SCP 17-23 salary range (£32,046 - £35,570) with actual

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and secure pupil data, coordinate admissions, assessment and reporting cycles.
• Provide detailed analysis to support school improvement.
• Oversee the full examination process in line with JCQ and awarding-body regulations.
• Manage key systems including Arbor, SISRA and EduLink.
• Supervise invigilators and ensure safeguarding, GDPR and Trust policies.
