Job summary

Alsop High School is seeking a Data & Exams Support Assistant to help manage student data and exam entry processes. You will work with the Data & MIS Manager on all aspects of data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities include uploading data using SISRA, collecting data for assessment periods on Bromcom, supporting student reporting, maintaining exam entry systems, data cleansing in SISRA, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

To work with the Data & MIS Manager on all aspects of student data.
To assist with the uploading of data using the achievement reporting system SISRA.
To assist with collecting data for the school’s assessment periods on Bromcom.
To support all aspects of student reporting.
To support the school exam entry systems.
To assist with periodic cleansing of data on SISRA.
To assist with retrieving prior data on students using GIAP (Get Information About Pupils).
To ensure that the school complies with the regulations of the Data Protection Act.
