Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer privacy.
• Work with various data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Provide high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house tools to meet KPIs.
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities like text, image, video, and audio.
• Make sound judgments and decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Pay close attention to detail and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Support daily operational tasks and analyze root causes to improve quality.
• Identify operational issues and suggest process improvements.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries as needed.

Qualifications

Basic

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• CEFR C1+ fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong business writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and follow detailed instructions.

Preferred
