Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join market-leading UK AI company, Luminance. Named in Tech Nation's prestigious Future Fifty list and the recipient of two Queen's Awards, Luminance is the world's most advanced AI technology which is disrupting the legal profession.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across our in-house CRM system. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong administrational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter data into our company CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and update company records to ensure they are kept current and accurate
  • Prepare and sort documents / data for entry
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant data as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information
  • Build and maintain input processes and perform regular audits of data for accuracy


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position desirable
  • Proficiency with data entry software, spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and office applications
  • Excellent administrational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Comfortable with Hybrid work
