The large Property Management Department employs 10 property managers, an Account Assistants, an administrator and is led by the Head of Property Management, who is one of the Associate Directors. Due to the rapid growth, we are now looking for a new Junior Property Manager to join the team.

The Role:

As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting other Property Managers in all Property Management activities while learning the profession.

We would prefer the successful candidate to have property related experience, but we will consider other backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and contractual obligations.
• Deal with day-to-day property management activities, including repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections.
• Conduct regular property inspections and liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, including tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and insurance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry changes and legal requirements, ensuring that all properties are managed in accordance with current regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 year experience in a customer facing role.
• Desire and aspiration to learn and built a career within property.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

The property manager role is based in our Finchley Central Head Office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm.
