Public Sector is seeking a Data Entry Operator for a six-month contract in London. You will support a PSA system transition, ensuring accurate data entry, validation, and migration preparation across multiple systems, including Kantata, Salesforce, and Xero.
The role requires meticulous data handling, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-location teams during a critical transition period.
Location: London – near Russell Square
Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week, with 1–3 days in the office
Contract: 6 months – September 2026 to February 2027
Start Date: 1 September 2026
Rate: £150–£160 per day via umbrella company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join a professional services organisation on an initial six-month contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the business during the transition from its existing Professional Services Automation (PSA) system to a new platform. You will play a key role in ensuring large volumes of project and operational data are accurately entered, maintained, checked and prepared for migration.
The successful candidate will have hands‑on experience working with PSA systems and databases, alongside excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with large volumes of data.
