Overview

RSW are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join their dynamic client in St Athan. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office processes.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Paid 44hr week £537 per week

Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and update data into various computer systems and databases.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience is highly desirable, with a focus on clerical or administrative roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality work output.
