PROMAN is recruiting for a Data Entry / Administrator in Paisley. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour, and weekend time off.
You will input confidential data into internal systems, maintain accuracy, and handle document preparation, scanning, and archiving while ensuring confidentiality and meeting productivity targets.

PROMAN is currently recruiting for a Data Entry / Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading information management company based in Paisley.
We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals who take pride in accuracy and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role will primarily involve entering confidential information onto computer systems, so strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential. If you have previous experience in administration, data entry, or office-based roles, we'd love to hear from you.
You may also be involved in document preparation activities, including quality checking, repairing, sorting, and scanning documents to ensure they meet customer and company standards.
£12.75 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
