Job summary

Stagecoach Group in Stockport is seeking a Data Engineering Tech Lead to design and build the data infrastructure that underpins how we operate, from a single source of truth to faster, evidence-based decisions.

You will lead teams, work with cloud platforms, data warehouses, and ensure security and regulatory compliance while collaborating across Data, Analytics & Insight to deliver end-to-end data products.

Qualifications

• Lead teams who design, build and deploy reusable data architecture.
• Architect and design data platforms.
• Develop QA processes to ensure data reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering data integration, engineering and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Data Science & Data Engineering to embed QA processes for data quality and performance.
• Ensure solutions comply with information security and regulatory obligations.
• Work with Data, Analytics & Insight for end-to-end data product delivery.
