Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Data Engineering function with the right people, processes and platforms.
• Own and deliver the Data Engineering roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Design and optimise scalable, secure data platforms, pipelines and integrations.
• Provide technical and people leadership, setting engineering standards and coaching teams.
• Champion innovation and governance, improving automation and data maturity.
