Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Data Engineering or similar teams.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance and integration patterns.
• Track record of delivering data transformation initiatives and strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Data Engineering function with the right people, processes and platforms.
• Own and deliver the Data Engineering roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design, deliver and optimise scalable, secure data platforms and integrations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Foster innovation, governance and collaboration across business and tech teams.
