Lead the design and deployment of scalable pipelines, oversee data operations, and drive cloud adoption across teams. This is a hybrid role with a competitive salary and substantial bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Experience leading data engineering teams.
• Strong SQL and optimization skills.
• Hands-on AWS data services experience.
• Experience with data warehousing and modeling.
• Experience with Snowflake and Airflow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data pipelines.
• Manage and develop a team of Data Engineers.
• Drive cloud adoption and modern engineering practices.
• Oversee data operations, reliability, and platform performance.
• Work closely with Analytics, Architecture, and Technology teams.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and delivery processes.
• Prioritise workloads and support successful project delivery.
• Contribute to a major migration from legacy systems to a cloud-native environment.
• Ensure compliance with data governance requirements.
