Job summary

Proactive IT Appointments Limited in the South West is seeking a Data Engineer for a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design and implement ETL processes to move data into a Data Warehouse or Data Lake.

You will apply data protection policies, maintain data systems, and produce reports using SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI and Fabric. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this hybrid role based in Exeter, Devon.

Qualifications

• Experience with data modelling, data cleansing and data enrichment.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with relational databases including SQL Server and Oracle.
• Proficiency with SSIS, Power BI and Fabric.
