Xelix is hiring a Data Engineer to join our Platform Team and build robust data foundations for our products. You will shape production data architectures, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, cost-effective storage as our data volumes grow.

Working closely with product, AI, and DevOps engineers, you’ll translate architectural decisions into reliable data pipelines, improve data quality, and help us continuously evolve our data platforms as we scale.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the architecture of production data systems in AWS.
• Experience with data access controls and regulation-compliant data management.
• Good judgment on storage and processing trade-offs.
• Clear, hands-on, collaborative communication with focus on reliability, data quality and security.
• Strong SQL, PostgreSQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with NoSQL databases and warehousing (MongoDB, DynamoDB, DuckDB, ClickHouse, Redshift).
• Solid Python and data pipeline engineering skills.
• Comfort with using AI tools for development and documentation.
