Job summary

Xelix is looking for a Data Engineer to join our Platform Team and shape the data foundations behind our AI-enabled financial controls products. You will own production data architecture, optimize pipelines and storage, and partner with product, AI and DevOps to deliver scalable, reliable systems.

As a senior/experienced contributor, you’ll drive architectural decisions, improve data quality, and help evolve our search and analytics capabilities using OpenSearch and columnar stores, while

Qualifications

• Experience owning the architecture of production data systems on AWS.
• Experience with data access controls, retention and auditability in regulated environments.
• Strong SQL, PostgreSQL and data modelling skills.
• Solid Python and data pipeline engineering skills.
• Ability to balance reliability, data quality and security.
