McKinsey in London seeks a Data Engineer II to build foundational data infrastructure for cutting-edge AI applications. You will design scalable data pipelines, manage secure data environments, and prepare data for AI-driven systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

You will contribute to the development of next-generation AI capabilities within McKinsey's QuantumBlack and Labs teams, shaping data foundations for scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-5+ years in building and deploying data solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL for data engineering and production-grade code.
• Proven experience creating end-to-end data pipelines for AI/ML or BI, including embeddings, vector search, and system integration (Spark, dbt, LangChain).
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery) and data tools (Pandas, Spark, dbt).
• Hands-on with MLOps/LLMOps: CI/CD for data workflows, LangSmith/Langfuse, Terraform.
