Job summary

QuantumBlack, AI by McKinsey is seeking engineers to design and build scalable AI solutions. You will combine software development with robust data engineering, and collaborate with technologists and client teams to transform businesses through analytics and AI‑driven services.

You will mentor clients on engineering best practices, agile methods, and responsible AI. The role involves building scalable data pipelines, deploying production systems, and contributing to governance and safety

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in building and deploying data solutions and software products.
• Strong coding skills in Python, with additional experience in Scala or Java being a plus.
• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
• Hands-on expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable production systems.
