Job summary

Executive-Network-Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations. You will balance hands-on leadership with longer-term development, support teams, improve systems and promote modern working practices.

The role focuses on safe, efficient operations across goods-in, despatch, stock control and transport, with KPI driven performance, data reporting, and the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365. Competitive salary up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse/logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Data-driven with KPI and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and transport activities.
• Plan labour and resources to meet demand.
• Maintain productivity, efficiency and service levels.
• Drive KPI achievement with data and reporting tools.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement across processes.
• Lead adoption of new systems and digital tools.
• Ensure health and safety, and maintain site standards.
• Coach and develop operational teams and manage performance reviews.
