You will collaborate with senior leadership to deploy resources effectively and meet service targets safely. A core duty involves steering performance using KPIs and reporting, modernising outdated practices, and mentoring teams. We seek a seasoned leader adept at driving sustainable change and maintaining high operational output within a structured environment. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse and transport operations, driving strong performance, high standards and continuous improvement across the department. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance daily delivery with longer-term development, supporting teams, improving systems and helping to modernise working practices. You will be responsible for the effective running of operational activity across goods-in, despatch, stock control and transport. Working closely with senior management, you will ensure resources are deployed effectively, service levels are maintained and operational targets are achieved in a safe, structured and sustainable way. A key part of the role will be to lead performance through data, KPIs and reporting, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen overall ways of working. You will also play an important role in supporting system adoption, including the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related digital processes.

Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + benefits
