Qualifications

• Actuarial experience in Underwriting/Portfolio Management or Reserving/Capital or demonstrable experience driving Insurance Risk deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
• Clear and confident communication; able to challenge constructively and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Integrated Assurance Plan by agreeing review scopes, executing reviews, and producing final reports.
• Lead risk discussions with stakeholders and provide practical recommendations.
• Define and monitor risk appetite, tolerances, and KRIs; report to management and the Board.
