Job summary

Dr. Beckmann Group UK is seeking a highly organised materials planner to own the interface between materials supply and the short-term production plan. You will monitor inbound material availability and translate requirements into call-offs and purchase orders.

You will maintain SAP data, review MRP outputs, and work with Production, Planning and Global Procurement to manage supplier deliveries and avoid production disruption.

Qualifications

• Own and maintain purchasing and material master data within SAP.
• Review MRP outputs and translate into call-offs and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning and Global Procurement to manage suppliers and deliveries.
• Assist in stock takes and maintain auditable records.

Responsibilities

• Interface between materials supply and the short-term production plan; monitor material availability.
• Carry out daily/weekly MRP review and translate system requirements into call-offs and POs.
• Manage inbound schedule and stock levels for packaging materials to support design/formulation changes.
• Check supplier performance and ensure timely delivery, escalating issues as needed.
