Responsibilities

• Analyse intervention performance across customer, behavioural, operational and commercial outcomes.
• Use SQL to extract, transform and interrogate datasets supporting intervention decision-making.
• Build analytical views, dashboards or outputs to monitor intervention activity and effectiveness.
• Apply scenario analysis, optimisation or trade-off techniques to support prioritisation and decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative intervention strategies against agreed success measures and constraints.
• Support experimentation, measurement frameworks and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify data quality issues, unexpected trends and opportunities to improve intervention processes.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Document assumptions, limitations and methods so outputs are transparent and repeatable.
