Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking an analyst to evaluate intervention performance across customer, behavioural, operational and commercial outcomes. You will use SQL to extract, transform and interrogate datasets that support decision-making and build dashboards to monitor activity and effectiveness.

The role focuses on scenario analysis, trade-off techniques and clear communication of findings to business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on data quality and transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience using data to answer business, operational or customer questions.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs between competing objectives, constraints or outcomes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
