Job summary

You will monitor income audit reconciliations, report variances, manage Pelican invoicing and use Excel and Sage to build datasets that support decision-making across the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration, accounts or income audit.
• Good understanding of AP/AR processes, debt collection and supplier management.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting systems to turn data into insight.

Responsibilities

• Review G/L postings for accuracy.
• Manage deposits, POs and payments related to events.
• Handle Pelican invoicing and receipting processes.
